Our classes are designed with an active person in mind. Our focus is to increase all of the basic aspects of fitness while attaining a desirable body composition. We utilize varied functional movements to improve one’s overall health and fitness. Classes are available in the mornings, noon, and evenings. The sessions are typically one hour long and include a warm up, strength/skill session, and a workout for that day.
Fundamental classes are a month-long, twice a week introductory course to basic fitness movement patterns and conditioning. Classes are small which makes an ideal setting for the athlete to learn proper technique and movement. This class provides a great opportunity for athletes to hone their skills before making a jump to the CrossFit classes.
Our weightlifting program will focus solely on developing the Olympic movements, the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. These movements are dynamic in nature and are an excellent way to develop strength, explosion, and speed for all athletes of all ages. The programming will be closely monitored by Above and Beyond coaches. Athletes will maintain a close relationship with their “coach” and will report to them often to track progress.
Above and Beyond’s certified coaches offer personal training sessions that last up to 1 hour per session. We cover every aspect of fitness in a more personal setting and will maximize your performance in a minimal amount of time.
